This demonstration contains sample information only. A live community installation is configured with the community’s approved privacy information and access rules.

What the portal stores

Owner account details, maintenance reports, consultation/EGM responses, communications replies and uploaded documents or photographs needed to operate the portal.

Visibility

Private owner information is not shown on public pages. Maintenance and communications content only becomes public when an administrator selects a public visibility status.

Administration

The community should adopt a final privacy notice identifying the data controller, lawful basis, retention periods and contact route for rights requests before production use.
